Withdrawal

Withdrawal Information

Parent/Guardians wishing to withdraw their Student(s) from school for any reason must report to the Coordinator's Office to complete and sign a Student Withdrawal Slip.  Parent/Guardians and the Student(s) are required to complete the following when withdrawing:

  • Return all district owned items to the Library/Media Center such as; Textbooks, Library books, Hot Spots, Calculators, Chromebook and Chromebook Accessories (Charger & Case).
  • Obtain withdrawal grades from their Students Counselor.
  • Check out at the designated offices (i.e. Attendance, Health Office, Library/Media Center, Finance Store, Athletics)

Once completed the Parent/Guardian(s) and the Student(s) will a receive the following items to take to their next school of residence when registering/enrolling:

  • A copy of the completed Withdrawal Slip w/withdrawal grades
  • An Unofficial Transcript
