Q: How many books can I check out at one time?
A: You can check up to 3 books
Q: How long can I keep the books?
A: Checkout period is 4 weeks. If you need to renew the book, please bring it to the library circulation desk.
Q: Does the library take donations?
A: Yes, donations are welcome! We accept lightly used books, hardcover preferred, that are appropriate for High Schoolers.
Q: Can a student be in the library during class time?
A: Students can only be in the library for 15mins MAX during class time as long as you bring a valid Teachers pass.
Q: How do I replace a lost/damaged book?
A: Students can either pay the entire cost or replace the book with the same copy.
We only accept exact Cash or Checks/Money orders
Checks/Money orders should be made out to North Monterey County Unified School District

Q: What should I do if my Device or Textbooks was stolen?
A: If it was stolen ON school campus, within 3 days of theft..

Q: Where can I get my Chromebook fixed or replaced?
A: At the Library Front Desk, for major repairs and account issues a Library Technician will submit a ticket to the IT department. When a Chromebook is turned in for repair it will then be swapped out for a different Chromebook for your use. Once repaired the old Chromebook will be put back into normal circulation.
